Thanksgiving

I did Thanksgiving this year at my own house, and made, among other things, Red, White and Blue in the beautiful new trifle dish I found at Target. It was very lovely and delicious, particularly because Jamie had the wonderful idea of putting raspberries in the raspberry layer, effectively transforming it from the red-headed-step-child layer to a strong, confident layer that can hold its own. Why did no one think of this sooner?



As you can see, it was very beautiful.
