This is one of the skirts I made out of the awesome orange wool fabric, worn with the awesome new boots.
This is the "everything" bag I made out of the same fabric; it holds all the little do-dads you might want to use at any given moment, and is easy to transfer from one bag to the next.
My new vehicle. After this lease, I'm going for a hybrid...
Also, I have an update from Mom about my sewing machine. It belonged to Great-grandma Kern, Grandpa Kern's mom, and he gave it to Mom when his mom died. It seems he saw mom's old singer machine and thought she needed something more modern... Fortunately its from the era of metal construction, so should last forever, though I'll probably never find a zipper foot that fits it.
